Medivia Bot — Your All-in-One vBot Client for 7.6

Medivia Bot with the full vBot toolkit: cavebot, auto-heal, targeting and loot on 7.6. Nothing touches the game folder.

Let XyroBot carry your Medivia hunts

Medivia’s dedicated client and loyal community make it a top pick for long-term cavebot routes. Medivia runs at 7.6 (7.6-style progression with a mature economy and established guild scene), and you will share it with 500–800 players — one of the longest-running custom clients.

It all sits in a tab inside your Medivia client, not in a second window. Run XyroBot.exe for the x86 build (Medivia client). Run XyroBot.exe after Medivia is open. Configs are stored separately from the client folder.

Where XyroBot fits on Medivia

Medivia is a 7.6 custom server on an OTCv8 client — 7.6-style progression with a mature economy and established guild scene. Because you are sharing spawns with 500–800 players — one of the longest-running custom clients, automation frees you to focus on routes and PvP.

This is where XyroBot helps: your Medivia client stays untouched, and cavebot, targeting, healing, loot and refill all live in one panel. Medivia client is left as-is — XyroBot.exe runs beside it.

OTClientV8 is the client tech behind Medivia, and XyroBot is built around it — that is why the panel feels native and the same controls carry over to other OTCv8 servers.

Whether you run solo cave routes, town refill loops, team hunts or alarm-protected PvP farming, the stock vBot modules on Medivia already do the work.

How to launch XyroBot on Medivia

  1. Download and open Medivia client — log in with your character.
  2. Run XyroBot.exe from your XyroBot folder (same machine, x86 build).
  3. Sign in with your XyroBot account and wait until the bot panel is ready.
  4. Press Shift+X in-game to show the bot window.
  5. Load a config (Cave / Target / HP) or use the default vBot 4.8 profile.

Medivia bot — common questions

Is Medivia supported? Yes — Medivia uses an OTCv8-based client and XyroBot runs alongside your game. One license covers every supported server on the same PC.

x86 or x64 for Medivia? Use the x86 build: launch XyroBot.exe once Medivia is running.

Which Tibia version is Medivia? Medivia is a 7.6 world, so tune your cavebot routes and target lists to 7.6 timing.

How do I open the bot on Medivia? Tap Shift+X from inside the game to bring the panel back — no top-bar button needed.

Is anything written into the Medivia install? Never — the bot keeps its configs separate and leaves the Medivia install exactly as it is.

Fixing hiccups on Medivia

"It can't find the client." Launch Medivia before the bot, and make sure XyroBot.exe matches your x86 client.

The window does not show up. Hit Shift+X in the game window — the shortcut shows the panel even when the top bar has no bot button.

The last tab is cut off. Stretch the window from its bottom edge — the size is remembered next time.

Not working as expected? Message support and tell us your Medivia client version.
