Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Xyro SaaS LLC ("Xyro", "we", "us"), the operator of XyroBot ("the Service"). By creating an account, downloading the software, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

XyroBot is downloadable automation software for game clients built on OTClientV8. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CipSoft GmbH, Tibia, or any game operator. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the rules and terms of any third‑party game or service you use it with.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must provide accurate information and confirm your email address before you can sign in or purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
One license binds one computer; on that computer you may run any number of clients or windows.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service. You may not: resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the software or your license key; reverse‑engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; or use the Service to infringe the rights of others or break the law.

4. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

The Service is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown on our pricing page (currently €10 per month), charged through our payment processor, Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on each renewal date.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
We may change prices or plans; any change applies to future renewals and we will make the current price clear before you are charged.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or end your access until payment succeeds. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Third‑party game updates may temporarily affect functionality while we adapt. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to disrupt our infrastructure, to attempt to bypass license or security controls, or to resell access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in abuse or fraud.

7. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, or that the Service will meet your requirements or work with any particular game or server.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xyro SaaS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or accounts (including bans imposed by third‑party game operators). Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non‑payment, or suspected fraud. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
