This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for XyroBot, operated by Xyro SaaS LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Digital service, immediate access
XyroBot is a digital product delivered instantly: as soon as your payment is confirmed, your license is active and you can download and use the software. By purchasing, you ask us to provide the Service immediately and you acknowledge that, because performance begins right away, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal (including the 14‑day "cooling‑off" period that would otherwise apply to digital services in the EU) once access has been granted.
All sales are final — no refunds
Because access is granted immediately, all payments are non‑refundable. This includes both your first payment and every automatic renewal. We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial refunds for unused time, for time lost to third‑party game updates or downtime, or for accounts banned by a third‑party game operator.
Subscriptions renew automatically
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You will be charged on each renewal date using your saved payment method.
You can cancel at any time
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account on our website. Cancelling:
- stops all future renewals immediately;
- takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then;
- requires no email or support request.
Renewal charges are non‑refundable, including renewals you did not intend. Because you are able to cancel at any moment before your renewal date, a renewal that occurs while your subscription is still active is considered a valid charge and will not be refunded. We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails (for example, an expired or declined card), we may automatically retry it over a short period. If payment continues to fail, your access may be suspended or your subscription cancelled. Restoring access requires a successful payment.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is an error, please contact [email protected] first — we will help. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in the immediate termination of your account. Chargebacks filed in bad faith against valid charges are treated as a breach of our Terms.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot be waived under the mandatory law that applies to you. Where such a right applies, we will honour it.
