How to switch computers

Your license is tied to one machine. Here is how to release the old one and use it on another.

A XyroBot license is tied to a computer, not to a window: on the same machine you can open as many clients as you like, but to use it on another one the old machine has to be released.

From your account

Log into the website with your username.
Go to My account.
Under Linked machines, press Release on the computer you no longer use.

The change is immediate. If that machine had the bot running, its session is closed.

Without doing anything

If the old computer has gone unused for several days, signing in from a new one releases it automatically. That covers the normal case —moving to another machine— without letting two people take turns on the same license.

If you get an error

If it tells you the license is in use on another computer and you cannot reach the website, write to us through support with your username and we'll release it for you.
