Retrotales on autopilot with XyroBot
Retrotales mixes lore with grinding — cavebot handles routes while you follow the quest line. With 70–150 players regularly and a 7.4 ruleset (story-driven 7.4 retro with staged chapters and custom NPCs), every minute of grind counts.
It all sits in a tab inside your Retrotales client, not in a second window. Run XyroBot.exe for the x86 build (Retrotales client). Use XyroBot.exe once in-game.
Retrotales at a glance
Running on 7.4, Retrotales uses an OTCv8 client and is shaped by story-driven 7.4 retro with staged chapters and custom NPCs. With 70–150 players regularly, efficient hunting and quick looting make the difference between grinding and gaining.
That gap is what XyroBot fills: cavebot, targeting, auto-heal, looting and refill in a single Retrotales panel, with Retrotales client untouched and XyroBot.exe running next to it.
Because Retrotales runs on the OTClientV8 (OTCv8) interface, XyroBot's panel sits inside the game as just another tab — the same familiar layout you get on every OTCv8 server.
Typical on Retrotales: long cave loops, supply runs back to town, shared-spawn team hunts and PvP-aware farming with player alarms — all handled by the standard vBot module set.
Set up the Retrotales bot in five steps
- Start Retrotales client and log in to Retrotales first of all.
- Open XyroBot.exe — the x86 build — from your XyroBot folder on the same PC.
- Authenticate with your XyroBot account and let the panel finish loading.
- Press Shift+X in the game to reveal the bot.
- Choose one of your configs or begin with the built-in vBot 4.8 setup.

FAQ for Retrotales
Will the bot run on Retrotales? Absolutely. Because Retrotales is an OTCv8 server, XyroBot runs next to it, and a single license unlocks every supported OT on the same computer.
32-bit or 64-bit on Retrotales? Use the x86 build: launch XyroBot.exe once Retrotales is running.
What protocol does Retrotales use? The server runs 7.4 rules and mechanics — set up cavebot and target profiles for that pace.
How do I open the bot on Retrotales? Focus the game and press Shift+X; the panel appears even on servers with no bot button.
Does XyroBot modify Retrotales client files? Never — the bot keeps its configs separate and leaves the Retrotales install exactly as it is.
Common problems on Retrotales
"It can't find the client." Launch Retrotales before the bot, and make sure XyroBot.exe matches your x86 client.
The window does not show up. The Shift+X shortcut shows or hides it any time you are in-game on Retrotales.
The last tab is cut off. Drag the bottom edge of the panel to make room; it keeps that size afterwards.
If something does not add up, write to us through support and tell us which Retrotales client build you are on.
